为推动我国艺术教育面向世界，鼓励年轻的艺术学习者更多地参加国际艺术赛事，文化部在2015年1月颁布了《2015—2017年国际艺术比赛获奖选手奖励办法》，对2015年至2017年在国际艺术比赛中获奖的我国选手进行奖励。在推荐参加的赛事名单中，若该项目被定为B类国际赛事，相应奖励请参见奖项设置。
荷兰斯海尔托亨博思国际声乐比赛是荷兰唯一一个包含清唱剧、艺术歌曲以及歌剧的古典声乐比赛，比赛注重于20世纪和当代的古典音乐艺术的表达。荷兰斯海尔托亨博思国际声乐比赛组委会也是唯一一个衔接着北布拉班特省和斯海尔托亨博思市历史悠久的文化承办机构！
2016年第51届荷兰斯海尔托亨博思国际声乐比赛将于2016年9月8日至9月17日在荷兰斯海尔托亨博思举行。欢迎杰出的声乐艺术家积极报名参赛！
比赛地点：荷兰 斯海尔托亨博思
比赛时间：2016年9月8日-2016年9月17日（共计10天）
报名截止时间：2016年4月26日
（逾期报名的选手将作为候补人选，根据报名情况可能会获得试听机会。）
参赛要求：面向18岁以上的专业演唱家和钢伴艺术家开放，不限国籍
1. 选手教育背景：
1) 已毕业或即将毕业的音乐学院学生；
2) 从事音乐事业的在职人员；
3) 经过专业教育机构培训的从业人员。
2. 选手年龄要求：
1） 女声：生于1985年及以后；
2） 男声：生于1982年及以后；
3） 利德二重奏的钢伴选手：生于1979年及以后。
备注：所有参赛选手年龄不得小于18周岁。
比赛分组：
A组：歌剧/清唱剧
B组：利德二重奏
备注：选手可同时申报两个组别的比赛，利德二重奏的歌唱家和钢伴只能报名参赛一个二人组比赛。
参赛途径：
有意向参赛的选手需通过下列其中之一途径参加比赛：
1. 现场海选：
1) 比赛地点：荷兰 斯海尔托亨博思；
报名截止日期：2016年4月26日
比赛时间：2016年5月27日至5月28日
2) 比赛地点：意大利 苏尔莫纳；
报名时间：2016年4月1日至2016年6月25日；
比赛时间：2016年6月25日 。
2. 视频选拔：
1) 主要不能现场参加资格赛的国际选手；
2) 提交MP4视频或者YouTube线上视频链接；
3) 报名截止日期：2016年4月26日；

曲目要求：
Selection Repertoire
The participant's chosen repertoire must include music from three different periods and styles.
Style period I: until 1810
Style period II: 1810 - 1920
Style period III: 1920 to the present day
Operatic excerpts must be performed in their original language and key; song repertoire must be performed in the original language, authorized transpositions are allowed.
All pieces must be performed from memory and in the original language. Sheet music is, however, permitted for the performance of oratorio repertoire.
l Opera | Oratorio repertoire - Preliminary Rounds:
- The repertoire list for the Preliminary Round must comprise of three arias from at least two of the stylistic periods described above in at least two different languages
- The candidate will commence with the first work on his / her repertoire list. The jury will choose from the remaining two arias
- The candidate’s audition may last no longer than twelve minutes
l Lied Duo repertoire - Preliminary Rounds:
- A programme of three or four songs from at least two of the stylistic periods described above and in at least three languages
- The works chosen must be performed in the order given by the Lied Duo candidates
- The candidate’s audition may last no longer than twelve minutes
Repertoire main Competition
Candidates must clearly state their complete repertoire list and programmes for the First Round and Semi-finals, including composer, title, music edition, and performance time of each work.
The singer’s chosen repertoire must include music from three different periods and styles;
a) Style period I: until 1810
b) Style period II: 1810-1920
c) Style period III: 1920 to the present day
Candidates will receive the music of the IVC 2016 compulsory vocal work by Monique Krüs in PDF form in May 2016.
Operatic excerpts must be performed in their original language and key; song repertoire must be performed in the original language, authorized transpositions are allowed.
Candidates are allowed to repeat (sections of) their programme of the Preliminary Rounds during the First Round or Semi-finals, but also have the liberty to perform an entirely different programme. Repetitions of repertoire from the First Round during the Semi-finals are NOT allowed.
All pieces must be performed from memory and in the original language. Sheet music is, however, permitted for the performance of oratorio and of the compulsory vocal work by Monique Krüs.

l Opera | Oratorio repertoire - Competition:
- The Competition is divided into three Rounds: the First Round, the Semi-final and the Finale.
- Candidates chosen to take part in the Competition proper must provide a repertoire list and also programmes for the First Round and the Semi-final.
- In each round the candidate must sing in at least two languages; the works chosen must be from at least two of the three stylistic periods described above.
- The works chosen for the First Round and the Semi-final must be performed in the order given by the candidate.
-The jury will choose the candidate’s programme for the Finale.
The repertoire list Opera | Oratorio for the Competition must comprise:
- 10 opera arias or 10 oratorio arias or a combination of both. All combinations of operatic and oratorio arias are permitted. Within the programme one may also feature 2 concert arias.
- The compulsory vocal work by Monique Krüs
- The repertoire chosen must include works from the three stylistic periods described above; at least two works must have been composed after 1920.
If operatic arias and oratorio arias are both presented, one operatic aria and one oratorio aria must have been composed after 1920.
- The candidate must perform in at least three languages
NB: to apply for the Oratorio Prize one has to sing 4 oratorio arias during the whole Competition.
To apply for the Opera Prize, 4 operatic arias have to be sung during the Competition.
The All-Round Prize is awarded to the finalist who in the jury’s opinion shows the best all-round professional skills in the categories Opera | Oratorio and/or Lied Duo. In the Opera | Oratorio category singers must have sung at least two arias from both genres during the Competition.
First Round
A programme of two or three arias (depending on the length of the programme).
The candidate may repeat part or all of his/her programme from the Preliminary Rounds if desired; other arias from his/her repertoire list may also be sung.
The length of the First Round programme is 15 minutes.
Semi-final
A programme of two or three arias (depending on the length of the programme) and the set work by Monique Krüs. The candidate must choose works that he/she did not perform during the First Round.
The minimum length of the Semi-finals programme is 15 minutes, the maximum length is 18 minutes.
Finale
The candidate may propose 2 works in two languages from two different style periods that he or she would like to perform during the Finale. Eventually the jury chooses the works that the candidate will perform. Since the jury may choose from the candidate’s complete repertoire listing, it is possible that the candidate will have to repeat a work or works that he/she has already performed in earlier rounds.
l Lied Duo repertoire – Competition:
- The Competition is divided into three Rounds: the First Round, the Semi-final and the Finale.
Candidates chosen to take part in the Competition proper must provide a repertoire list and also programmes for the First Round and the Semi-finals.
-The jury will choose the candidate’s programme for the Finale.

The repertoire list Lied Duo for the Competition must comprise:
- 10 art songs in German by the following composers: Franz Schubert, Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms and/or Hugo Wolf
- 10 art songs in French by the following composers: Gabriel Fauré, Claude Debussy, Henri Duparc, Maurice Ravel and/or Francis Poulenc
- 15 art songs free of choice
- The candidate’s repertoire must be chosen from the three stylistic periods listed above; at least five works must have been composed after 1920.
- Candidates must perform in at least three languages.
First Round
The candidate will perform a programme of 18 minutes.
Works already sung in the Preliminary Rounds may be repeated in the First Round, although the candidate is free to perform a partially or completely new programme.
Semi-Final
The candidate will perform a programme of 25 minutes and also the IVC Compulsory Vocal work by Monique Krüs.
The candidate must choose works that he/she has not sung during the First Round.
Finale
The candidate’s programme for the Finale will be 25-30 minutes in length and will be chosen by the jury from the candidate’s complete repertoire list; works already sung in previous rounds may be required to be repeated.

2. 我国文化部奖项如下：
本比赛属于文化部推荐的2015-2017年奖励的国际艺术比赛，根据《文化部关于2015-2017年国际艺术比赛获奖选手奖励办法》的通知，奖励范围为B类比赛的大奖、一、二、三等奖，不包括任何形式的特别单项奖。团体奖以团体为单位进行奖励。
奖励金额（人民币）如下：
B类比赛（音乐类）大奖6万元，一等奖4万元，二等奖3万元，三等奖2万元。
B类比赛（舞蹈类）：大奖5万元；成人组一等奖4万元，二等奖3万元，三等奖2万元；少年组一等奖3万元，二等奖2万元，三等奖1万元。
